Searer Business Technology Inc. Acquires Executive and Director Series Accounting
Systems Enhancing Their Portfolio of Software and Services
Wilmington DE, May 1, 2006 - Searer Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the
acquisition of the Executive Series and Director Series accounting systems from
Sage Accpac. Executive Series and Director Series offer source code for
customization purposes, a distinctive feature in the accounting software
marketplace. Executive Series and Director Series support multiple databases
including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase ASE. Executive Series was
previously marketed under the names Accpac Executive Series and SBT Executive
Series.
